Brian Cant
Senior Communications Coordinator
Brian Cant is a highly committed travel and tourism public relations specialist. Inspired by his summer job guiding visitors through the underground mine at the Rossland Museum in the Kootenays, Brian’s career has focused on the travel industry; he has worked with both Tourism Victoria and Tourism British Columbia.
Brian’s passion is sharing his love of travel and the opportunities that travel creates to educate and build understanding. Joining Tartan Group in 2011 as senior communications coordinator, Brian works with Tartan Group clients to develop and deliver their stories to the right media outlets (both print and digital) for maximum exposure.
Brian holds a BA in History and Geography as well as a Certificate in Public Relations (Cert PR) from the University of Victoria where he is an active member of their Alumni Networks and Events Committee.
Brian was first put on skis by his dad at the age of 18 months and has never looked back; when he’s not sharing his travel and tourism experiences you’ll find him looking for good, fast turns around the mountains of British Columbia.
